Shirley Han

As a Corporate Trainer and Coach for the past 25 years, Shirley has been working with diverse groups ranging from undergraduates to C-suites. Her unique contribution as a clinical psychotherapist means that she could go beyond transferring of knowledge and skills to helping individuals ease out of their past difficult histories or traumas. Employing evident-based psycho-interventions, limiting beliefs (such as “I’m not good enough / worthy / in control etc”) arising from contributing adversities could be processed to evolve into new perspectives. The result is a more substantial and enduring self-empowerment from inside-out.
